Mutual Release of Agreement

Both parties (Photographer and Client) acknowledge that the agreement made for photography services has not been performed and will not be performed. Both parties desire to rescind the agreement for photography services and Photographer will give Client a full refund of $100, by check, via mail.

Neither party shall have any further duties of performance, rights, or legal obligations under the before mentioned agreement.
